“American” hair color means your hair is an animated gif of the american flag blowing in the wind (regardless of actual weather conditions), which is somehow fully visible from any angle. You also have a bald eagle nesting in that hair. The eagle wears sunglasses and dual wields AK-47s.
The nuclear bazooka is of course allowed. Your choice whether you want to have a highly implausible backstory for how you got it, or just pull it out of seemingly nowhere with no explanation whenever it’s needed.
