Yeah, they are inductors used for switching converters (and the one on the left is a real monster!). @thefreeman@lemmy.world is known for high efficiency drivers, so I wouldn’t expect anything less.

and the one on the left is a real monster! Yup, it’s pretty hefty : 14.5x13.5x10.7mm
