It might be, or kind of Jedi purgatory or maybe like the duat from Egyptian mythology before becoming a force spirit.

Yeah, i think I know what you mean, but Anakin is already a force ghost by then because we see him at the end of ROTJ, so he shouldn’t be in purgatory.
I think the force is so strong there that the ghosts can choose to appear fully formed.
I reckon the force ghosts use it to appear where and when they’re needed.
