hello this is my first time on lemmy ive officially migrated from reddit to lemmy to be in a foss alternative to reddit with a wonderful community and many different instances like this one ^^ i hope i make many friends here also ive been using foss software and linux for 5 years hehe

thank you im a computer and tech guy ive used the linux operating system for 5 years i do have one windows machine but dont use it as much tho i mainly use free and open source software on 7 of my computers for my daily computer work the operating system i mainly use is called linux mint its free to download and easy to install ^^
Cool, I’m a chef, proficient in excel/etc. basic computer maintenance as much as I need to continue my work, keep records, and disseminate information…but much less now since the brigade I used to run (5 outlets, 6 sous chefs, 65 cooks) has now boiled down to just my wife and I running a small BBQ joint in Spain.
