Apparently Lemmy likes him.

I don’t know how you could get that impression given the existence of lemmy.ml, lemmygrad, and hexbear.

I thought lemmy thought he was a right wing fascist and senile.

He is definitely right wing and senile, but I wouldn’t quite put him in the fascism camp. Imperialist on the other hand, sure.

.world, which last time I checked has more or a similar number of registered and active users than all of those combined ABSOLUTELY love him. You can’t say even the most innocuous and well-documented things critical of him in its communities without being downloaded to hell.

Even !workreform@lemmy.world will bristle at the mention of him violating the rights of the rail workers to strike for a better deal, forcing them to take the crap deal corporations offered.

My point was that a sweeping generalization like “lemmy likes Biden” is silly because:

A - It’s a sweeping generalization

And

B - There are large communities here that hate him

A single downvote? That is what tells you that Biden is well liked?

Why would that be your litmus test for popularity when you can easily google his current popularity (which is at 40% approve 55% disapprove)?
