FYI, you can buy a 3 pack of USB-C to lightning port cables on Amazon for $7. LOL
I just looked, but could only find USB-C to male lightning ports. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an adapter or cable with a female lightning port on the end.
Why would you need a female? Does Apple have devices with cables hardwired to them? Usually they just have ports and the cables are interchangeable.
Yes, some accessories have a hard-wired lightning male end (and therefore need a female adapter). The Apple pencil, those alarm clock speaker docks, some flash drives, etc.
Depends on the protocols used of course. Doubt those will be USB 3.2.
But since the new Iphone only uses USB 2.0 for its base model, it should be more than fine.
Unless those cables are just for charging and not for data, which also exist. But then that should be mentioned on the packaging.
