They had already made this a pretty useless metric earlier in the year by including 2020 data. Now they’re removing it entirely in the middle of a surge.

Literally, though. Every agency and department is just a specialized PR firm for the government’s corporate backers. EPA for greenwashing; FDA for rubber-stamping preservative filled slop that’s not safe for consumption; CDC for downplaying a deadly, years-long pandemic so that businesses can stay open.
