A proper desk is a game changer. I recently upgraded to a rather large standing desk and the extra realestate and ability to stand during meetings has been amazing. Sure beats the old ikea desk i had.

In the same vein but in the opposite direction…I’m very short and the standard desk is too high for me, my feet often dangle and my posture is crap. But I found the height of a camping table is PERFECT for me. They start out shorter than average tables/desks to begin with, and the one I got has adjustable legs so it can go even shorter than that. I can put it at the perfect height without struggling.

So for the first time in my adult life, I have a desk that actually fits.
