I reread that quote (in context) many times, and Iβve concluded that it was a poor choice of words. He meant βlatestβ. He was talking about Windows 10, the latest Windows OS, in a time where XP, 8, 8.1, Vista, and 7 were still maintained to some degree. I wish so much that Win10 would have been the last Windows OSβ¦
