The app looks great but I am finding that I am unable to participate in discussions on instances that I am not logged in on. Am I doing something wrong?

i have also experienced this and, being that i am still very new to lemmy, this has caused me to register accounts on a total of 3 instances.

in fact, i am still quite unclear about what the expectation for normal functionality should be. ❔❔
