Perseverance rover checks out its new surrounding after a drive to the West-southwest of 150.82 meters (494.83 ft) Attached are 3 post-drive tiled images acquired on completion of the drive at site 40/992.

The rover’s total traverse since landing is now 18.87 kilometers (11.72 miles).

The rover’s sidekick helicopter is stationed at its last landing site (flight 51) to the South of the rover.

The distance between the rover and Ingenuity helicopter is now only 145.23 meters (476.47 feet). Also attached is the drive data and a map showing the traverse path of Perseverance around Belva crater (with scale bars).

Additional post-drive images are expected soon, those will be processed as soon as they arrive.
