I assume some are waiting for theirs to arrive, while others have had theirs for a while.
What do you plan your first project to be when you get it?

Just got mine a couple days ago. First thing I did was teach it the roku remote. Second thing was to try to capture and emulate the motion dinger at work, but I failed miserably at it. i have much learning to do :P
