If someone were to, right now, go up to Donald Trump and shoot him, I would expect the assassin would be killed by the secret service on the spot. What happens to the assassin is unimportant.

The assassin would be pinned by the media as an antifa, extreme leftist or something like that (no matter if they were or not). And trump would go down as a martyr. That’s my guess.
