The DOJ has made preparations for a “superseding indictment,” which are additional charges that may include allegations of more serious crimes against a defendant, according to the report.

Any security risk trump poses is in fact an argument for locking him up. His house is not designed as a prison, and unless he is cut off from his followers totally there is always a chance they will be persuaded to break him out.
Further, he’s demonstrated he cannot keep his mount shut, and a house arrest scenario will never fully preclude the kinds of guests to which he might “brag”
