ETA: It has been brought to my attention that San Jose is not, in fact, a neighborhood in LA. Sorry, I’m from Iowa.

I’d really like to hear the realtor’s description of this. “Yeah it’s got an inactive meth lab but with a couple street contacts and a little elbow grease you could have it up and paying for itself in no time!”
