Hello everyone,

As the title says, I would like to move from 6mm drop to 0mm. I already occasionally run with 0mm trail shoes but I mostly run with 6mm road shoes. I saw some guides where people moved from 12 to 8 to 4 to 0. I am unsure if I can jump from 6 to 0 or if it is best to got to 4 and then 0. What do you think ?

I suppose you could try to blend in the 0mm drop shoe slowly, starting from shorter runs, and see how it feels. In any case, the drop measurement is a static measurement and in action the drop “feel” depends on how compliant the midsole is (softer foam means more deviation from “on paper” drop specification)
