What happened in these draws that on one side there are groups like Denmark-Slovenia-Kazakhstan-Finland and on the other England-Italy-Ukraine-Macedonia?
From what I’ve seen Kazakhstan have been terrible, barely beating San Marino of all teams in either leg.

Kazakhstan has been decent from what I’ve seen over two matches against Finland. Beat us at our place after what can only be described as a terrible performance by Finland. Doesn’t take anything away from their accomplishments though. Don’t forget they also beat Denmark at home.
