A pitiful 6, but better than last year. I used to read a lot more, but for the last couple years I’ve been challenging myself to read genres I normally wouldn’t.
Favourite reads so far: Bill Bryson’s The Body and Andy Weir’s Project Hail Mary. Bryson never disappoints me. PHM kept me up, well into the night. It was fascinating, much better than Artemis.
Least favourite read so far: Terry Pratchett’s Light Fantastic. I’ve been trying to get into Discworld for some years now. I would read the first few books and not be immersed enough to proceed. Tried rereading the first couple books again. Similar experience. I might keep going this time round, though.
