Not yet, no.
Personally, I’m using a combination of the app and being logged into my instance with a web browser to get what I want done (the app for browsing, upvoting and replying, and the browser for more ‘back-end’ stuff like creating/editing communities, and blocking instances and communities)

I’m doing the same. The app is great for browsing, and I don’t need to do the backend enough to get annoyed at the switching.
I’ve also found the search in https://lemmyverse.net to be a lot more forgiving/useful than the one on wefwef for now.
