Something for you if you like stuff like The Waterboys or similar.

Matthew de la Hunty fronted Tall Tales And True, a band formed in 1983 in Sydney. He was joined by Paul Miskin on bass and Willie McCracken on drums.

In the Australian music environment of the late 80’s, the sounds of bands like The Triffids and The Go-Betweens found wider audiences. This paved the way for TTaT, along with The Killjoys, The Hummingbirds, Sea Stories and others in the independent music scene. I remember being quite taken with ‘Trust’ when it came out.

The Golden Rule: Music taste is subjective so don’t be a gatekeeping asshole. There’s no “bad music”, only music you like or don’t like.

We Are A Community: So no racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or spam.
