For me world class means the player would not look out of place starting for Citeh, Barca, RM or Bayern.
Saliba , Saka, Odegaard and Rice.

Everyone is sleeping on Partey. Rice hasn’t reached his level yet. Partey was the top DM in the league for 3 quarters of the season I’d say. Top destroyer and he also has the silkiness to progress a pass even against the press.
If we’re going off of this season alone so far it’s Saka, Saliba, and Rice. The squad is filled with players who have the potential to get there though.
