In the meantime, just over the border, thousands of Palestinian children remain trapped under the rubble and dying from disease, starvation, dehydration, and injuries.

Also since they use a proportional voting system the parties elected are pretty accurately representative of the people’s desires. So while not all of them are guilty, most of them are. Exceptions are most likely found in Israeli prisons.
