Risotto. Tomatoes and cheesy with olives. Simple and filling.
Also I ordered a busy people’s box from Fairfeed and it’s arriving tomorrow. 50 bucks for two serves each of soup, 2 mains and a side. Hoping I can use that in place of takeaway for late work nights
