Mine is pic related, the Victory Gundam. What I like about it is how modular the mobile suit is. It’s the result of years of ms tech late into the Universal Century where now the Gundam is mass produced. In the show the rebel forces are shown to have a stockpile of Gundams in a bunker so they can burn through parts.

tomino watched g gundam and got the important bits. there’s a windmill and there’s a horse and the main guy does a cool thing with a glowy hand. nothing else matters really
He saw the main theme of “boys’ love language is karate” and realized Imagawa understood Mobile Suit Gundam better than most people.
i should (once i’ve seen them all) rank all the non tomino gundams by how well i think they understand gundam
