Are there any screwy Soviet or Eastern European cartoons dubbed in English so a western audience can watch?

EDIT: I’ll accept whatever you have—Scandinavian, asian, western europe, etc, but has to have English subtitles at least so I can follow along!

The longest (and ONLY!) one I’ve seen is Shoe and Shoelace on Family Guy lol

Not that screwy, but Pat&Mat was an integral part of my scandinavian childhood. So was that more famous black mole to a lesser extent.

In my experience working with Slavs, Mat and Pat hold up pretty well in the stereotype department. Slavs can often do anything, which is pretty impressive imho, but most things are actually done Mat and Pat style.
