In a lot of places in Switzerland it is going to be hot this weekend, what are your ‘tricks’ to keep cool?

Yes, trough out the day, one to two cups while it is the hottest.

In Morocco they make mint tea, and I find it quite refreshing.

Don’t know if it matters, I just take whatever tea I want at that moment :)
