A streaming deal on Max (I hate the TNT/TBS apps)
I hope it’s not
A PPV in April (there’s no need for it, let the fall out of Revolution be a factor in the storylines until Double or Nothing)
Hope it is: Mercedes (just to get it the fuck over with lol).
Hope it isn’t: Announcement for an announcement, announcement of a future show halfway across the world (a lower third and a 10sec commentary mention more than suffices), the very unlikely rumour that Rossy Ogawa is partnering with TK for funding for his upcoming joshi venture cause I wouldn’t trust Tony to not fuck up Neo Stardom™
Hard disagree on the future show announcement. If, like it was for All In, a major show for a major AEW market, then it deserves a major announcement, not a brief throwaway. You want to sell lots of tickets to shows like that you have to start by making them seem like a big deal.
edit: not that I think a foreign show is the likely announcement :)
