I was taught in the '80s that you shouldn’t use ‘and’ in a number that isn’t followed by a decimal portion (e.g. 23 and 4 hundredths). I’ve seen various back-and-forth on that topic over the years.

A “Showerthought” is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you’re doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.
