Why do you post so much about bitcoin/crypto if you don’t like it? Is it like an obsession for you or something?

Because it’s fraudulent trash that hurts people and it’s a social service to call it out. Also, dumb crooks getting their comeuppance is funny.

That said, if you’re all already on the same page in this community, isn’t it just a circle-jerk, at this point, rather than a social service? Seems like you’re all moreso just having fun, which is totally fine. Reminds me more of the hermancainaward sub - that’s a good one
I’m kind of glad our new Buttcoin is already well-syndicated enough to carry on one of the old sub’s finest traditions: crypto kids coming in right after bitcoin spikes in price, saying something fucking embarrassing, and disappearing when the sugar rush of the number going up ends and they realize they’ve made no profit (and that last bit is particularly funny given how quickly all the exchanges closed — somebody dumped their bags on this spike and made a profit, but they’re almost certainly too busy running an exchange and hiding from the SEC to bother posting pointless shit here)
Wait, am I the crypto kid? I don’t even follow crypto. I just asked a simple question. Why does that guy, you can answer as well, follow/post so much about crypto if they really don’t like it? That’s kind of weird, isn’t it?
That said, I’d never been to this sub so it’s totally on me for commenting in y’all’s community without understanding what it’s about
Please come back and crow about the price if it’s managed to pumped up significantly over this wet-fart “ATH” in the future, so we can tick of the “typical Bitcoin booster” bingo card.
