Curious City is probably my favorite segment on WBEZ, they’ve been putting out some great content recently(see the slice joint piece). This was a good primer on Malört.

Malört is a really unpleasant thing you do when out-of-towners are visiting, because it’s a “Chicago experience” that they can’t miss. Like going to Navy Pier.
