Better to just defederate both those instances AND lemmy.ml

Meh. lemmy.ml is mostly OK. Defederation should be the last resort.

Lwmmy.ml will delete comments simply for making the CCP look bad. I corrected clear misinformation on a thread last week and they deleted my comment with no notice or explanation but left the lie which made the US look bad. I can explain in detail if you’re actually interested.

They also deleted my comments calling them out and deleted a bunch of other comments in the thread they didn’t like.

Lemmy.ml is an authoritarian propaganda factory and should be cut off from other instances. If we want the fediverse to survive, we need to make it a reasonable place without extremism and censorship.

Dunking on Tankies from a leftist perspective.

A tankie is someone who defends/supports authoritarian or even totalitarian regimes who call themselves “socialist”. The term originated from people supporting the 1956 invasion of Hungary by the Soviet Union. Nowadays they are just terminally online, denying genocides, and falling for totalitarian propaganda and calling such regimes “true democracies”. remember to censor usernames when necessary.

Please be sure to obscure usernames on posts to prevent doxxing.
