Cuz of the Nations League spots. Ireland are in League B, Netherlands League A, Greece League C. If Greece gets the group spot, some team in League A beats out Ireland to get the Nations League playoff spot. If Netherlands gets it, there’s an extra spot for League B which Ireland takes
