Good IRC Servers for Piracy

Hello all,

I’ve heard many times that IRC can be incredibly useful for piracy, but I’ve never tried using it. Can someone recommend some IRC servers that I could join? I’m especially interested in joining servers that distribute TV shows.

Usenet is the best place for TV shows. IRC is good for smaller file sharing like ebooks, comics, roms, etc

How do you connect to one of those? I tried with the second option listen in the networks (abjects) but I get Connection failed (self-signed certificate.? (18))

With hexchat. I added the first server in the list and it worked fine
