he would’ve got more time if he didn’t look completely out of his depth and had shown any sign of even the slightest improvement. honestly it looked like the more time goes by the more helpless he is. it was way past time to go.

His best match was his first against Shakhtar Donetsk. We did have Kudus in that match though.

Steijn should shut up and sit down, he got all the time and opportunity to turn it around. It wouldn’t be surprising if one or two people did start to question him and dropped their support, that doesn’t automatically make it backstabbing.

According to Steijn, Maduro had been constantly leaking information from inside the dressing room to ESPN. I’d call that backstabbing honestly

Steijn seemed to do the same but with the telegraaf and the fat and stupid ex-Ajax squad

and the fat and stupid ex-Ajax squad

But specifically who though? There’s so many to choose from.

I’ve been wondering what’s the link there. I can imagine you’d back your former colleagues. But why are guys like Sneijder and Van der Vaart so determined to back Steijn?

Not sure what Steijn thinks Maduro was leaking to ESPN, they haven’t had any scoops at all since Maduro has been at Ajax

This article now is clearly from Steijn. He blames the whole world and can’t accept that he lacks skills and insight to be trainer at a club like Ajax. It’s very telling that again other people are blamed, and Steijn is the victim. Who do you think called the papers?

Steijn has been setting up excuses for his eventual failure pretty much since day 1.

Between this, not playing players Mislintat got out of spite and the absolute shite display on the pitch Steijn is really making an effort to look awful.

Is he not playing them out of spite? Or is it because they have looked absolutely dreadful every time they played?

Like, can you tell me with a straight face that players like Akpom, Gaeei, Mikautadze and Ávila have looked like good players on the field for even 10 minutes? Which one of those isn’t playing out of spite? That Medic guy scored an absolute worldie, but looks beyond dreadful for the rest of open play. The Mannsverk guy played one match and it was one of the worst individual performances I’ve ever seen from an Ajax-player.
