I’m so overwhelmed with all the stuff I have to do and also don’t have accountability at work and it’s making it worse. Anyone want to be accountability buddies? Spend a moment every week getting to know each other enough to hold each other accountable and maybe send the occasional uplifting message?

I heard about a service that might help: https://www.focusmate.com/

I haven’t used it, but I’ve thought hard about doing so.

I have fibro and do this with a friend that also has it. On bad days, we message each other with small goals, just to get out of bed and make a cup of tea/coffee. A few hours later, we message again and ask how far the other has gotten. Washed the dishes? Okay, took a nap on the couch? That’s okay too. Tomorrow is another day. It really helps us.

Maybe you can ask your best friend or colleague to do the same?
