So in my opinion when groups with no influence over a certain thing do this they do so to make themselves feel better or present themselves in a certain way. Not sure what the value of that is…

Israel have done a great job fighting the misinformation war during all of this. First the hospital attack that some on this sub still say was Israel. Hamas then said they didn’t have enough fuel to keep generators going so Israel released footage of thousands of oil drums Hamas is hoarding for their war efforts.
I can’t say this clearly enough, the Israeli government has done horrific things but Hamas is the real enemy and the only enemy (well Iran too). They’ve radicalised an entire population and continue to place their fighters in / around schools, hospitals and holy sites so that when Israel responds they can radicalise more of the Palestinian population.
Hostages? Release them all, including the hundreds of Palestinian kids detained in the West Bank, where there’s no Hamas to be used as excuse.

Those hostages should be released. Palestine deserves to be a country. Israel will continue to exist.
Peace will come when both Israelis and Palestinians pull their heads out of their asses and accept those 3 things.

There’s no talking to people like them. Israel is a despicable state I agree with that. Countries should not enable Israel to consistently continue with their apartheid regime. The issue is not even that. Most of the people yelling FreePalestine in the middle east are not talking about human rights. These guys want a one state solution with Muslim rule over all of Israel and Palestine, they don’t want Israel to exist.
