I’m finally getting around to playing through the series and I’m wondering if the side games are worth it or if I shouldn’t stick to the numbered instalments.
How far are you into the main games? I finished the first one not too long ago and it was a bit of a slog to get passed some of the fighting areas due to the number of enemy sponges. I’m hoping that improves in the rest of the series.
By side game I’m only aware of the PS Vita game. There’s more than that?
Yeah there’s 4 of them, two on Vita, Golden Abyss and Fight of Fortune, an android game called Fortune Hunter, and then Lost Legacy which I guess is a standalone expansion for 4 where you don’t play as Nathan if I understand correctly.
Lost Legacy is really good! The others personally I wouldn’t bother with. The Vita ones are decent, but nowhere near the quality of the main instalments in my opinion.
Only the Naughty Dog ones which I think is just Lost Legacy.
I wish I could play these again for the first time. Uncharted 2 was mind blowing to me. I bought the PS2 for the train level. The story, the combat, and the puzzles…it was like playing Indiana Jones. Enjoy!
PS…the first one kinda sucks.
