Thanks for starting this community! My views have slowly shifted from left to right as I’ve gotten older. The problem—for both parties—is that to associate with a party one needs to associate with the extreme fringes of the party. Because of that I see myself as a moderate, in an age where unfortunately there don’t seem to be many of us around.

I’m pretty excited for the debates to start. I make it a whole event, I invite people over, NO TALKING, and we eat like Superbowl food.
It’s super fun, I get to feel informed, and I feel like a lot of my friends who come over have never watched a debate before so it’s something I can introduce them to. Growing up, my parents watched the debates religiously so it’s sort of a tradition.
