Jokes aside, Finland was sending like 100 millions in aid yearly. Thatโs peanuts for a country, even less for a whole continent with 1.2 billion people living on it. So i guess itโs whatever, this wonโt help finland escape their chronic irrelevance and realistically the difference will be completely unnoticeable for africa
