i know this seems like a US problem but in most countries you can find an opressed minority and the same scenario.
what is not mentioned here -understandably so because he is almost specifically talking about racism in the US- is that almost always allies of those minorities are marxist leninists. for example in turkey if you are a communist it’s almost without exception that you support kurdish emancipation. this does not mean that racism does not exist among those circles but compared to other parts of the society it’s not a prominent problem. most countries have their own “whites”.
