I think this could be a more global issue. I mean high housing costs is also very much a problem in The Netherlands. And the high cost of living in the UK is also atrocious.

I wish I had the money to move to Barbados…

Yea but living in the States is a shitshow. So maybe I’d suggest Portugal? I know a bunch of peeps who have moved there.
