These fools always drive me a little crazy. The stats for the first hop and last hop are the most meaningful. In your case all the loss seems to be due to Wi-Fi in the first hop.

All the other loss is just deprioritized ICMP.

What tool is this? That’s a dope presentation of the data and would be convenient since I spend a lot of time in CLI.

It’s MTR, Matt’s Traceroute (or lately My Traceroute). Find the mtr command in your operating system distribution.
