If Atlanta wants to be a place a quality coach lands, they probably want somewhere that doesn’t hire and fire impulsively. I dunno if that means giving a HC minimum 4-5 years.

Lmao 3 years is not impulsive. Not sure why this point is always brought up when Blank always holds onto coaches for too long. No prospective coach is gonna look at our last 20 years and be scared he won’t get a legit opportunity. Based on the decisions by Smith the last 3 years he’s had plenty of free reign to deliver upon his vision for this team and he’s failed miserably. There’s nothing else to see lol

Valid point. So what do you think then, HC gets 2 years? (First year to clean house and implement system and second year to prove themselves).
