Fitgirl includes a preconfigured Yuzu setup with her Switch repacks.
https://fitgirl-repacks.site includes repacks for switch games which also bundle a working emulator
Any fitgirl repack of a switch game comes with a fully configured version of yuzu. You could download one of those(Google fitgirl repacks, it’s the first site), and remove the system files.
