Man I used to love Thunderbird back in the day. Time to give it another go!

It’s worth it, I’ll only leave if it stops functioning which there’s zero sign of happening as this is pretty much it’s rebirth!

Nice!! I haven’t used thunderbird in years. I wish my job didn’t force us to use outlook.

just installed the beta, the UI looks much nicer, and the program has been working great so far!

I’m still running alpha over here, was it a seamless transition for ya?

I didn’t have thunderbird installed before, so can’t say about that

No worries! Thunderbird is where it’s at though, so glad you’re testing the waters.

Tab support in TB is one of the main reasons I like it. Are tabs still supported?

I haven’t used a local email client for 20 years or so, but after I installed thunderbird, I remembered why they are so great.

Searches are pretty much instant and it’s easier to stay organized for some reason. :)

Updated UI? Good. I went with emClient because Thunderbirds UI was so darn outdated looking. Also because the calendar and contacts plugins worked badly with gmail, resetting birthday dates and stuff.
