Okay I’m desperate haha, I read a book a few years ago and loved it, I lost my copy in a move and would love to buy and read again. The plot that I remember: the protagonist was a younger woman, and she met a man and they began dating. She lived in an apartment alone, in new york city I believe and I think she was a writer. The boyfriend seemed mysterious and that something was off about him, and I think they met through online dating but then his profile and social media presence were completely nonexistent when she was trying to figure him out. The book ended with him having lured her to a house outside the city, and she narrowly escaped him killing her and had even dug her grave next to his other ex girlfriends in the backyard. If this happens to sound familiar to anyone I’d appreciate help finding it! Some of these details might be a little off because it was like 5 years ago that I read it so anything even similar might be the one I’m thinking of.
