hello :)

I want to have a personal website, that can be stored in git (hopefully static).
I’ ve been using material mkdocs and i love it, but the blog functionality still does not convince me.

Do you know alternatives/plugins or even examples or personal websites that blew your mind that could help me in this task?
FYI i want to have on the website description of myself, projects, and blog to share thoughts, etc. My experience with materials was doing this website www.deepdeck.co

Thanks!

Static site generators are a dime a dozen. The simplest being just typing HTML into a folder and publishing to a cheap static hosting website (also a dime a dozen).

Hugo and Gatsby are popular SSG, and you can find more in https://staticsitegenerators.net/ and https://jamstack.org/generators/
