To me, it’s not a dig at all. It is like he is saying he wants to do a Mikel Arteta, but is holding back.

IMO I think this is a dig at the FA about what happened to Arteta for questioning a really terrible decision. He’s saying he feels the same way as Arteta, but knows he will get in trouble for saying the same kind of thing

This ain’t a dig at all, he’s indirectly stating that he wants to say how shit the refs were but knows not to as the League will try fuck him over for criticising the refs
