Awesome awesome. Thanks, ren.

Curious how you compile this list. Are you using one source or pulling from a handful? I get AllMusic’s “new this week” list but always looking for more resources to inform me of new music releases.

Have you listened to much from your list so far? Anything stand out? I’m excited for Guided by Voices (discovered them in college browsing the cd section at the city library).

I’ve found Consequence of Sound to have a really comprehensive list. I used to use Metacritic’s but have found it too edited. Today I’ll go through the list and give some I’m interested in a listen (especially Andrew Bird) - if something catches my fancy, I’ll definitely share a link to it here! Hope you do the same. <3 <3

for all of them? oh my - sorry. Not enough coffee in the morning to get me that energy. Copypasta those you are interested in into your preferred streaming service and happy listening! If something catches your ear, please share a songwhip link as a new post and tell us about it! <3

My favorite music publication is Loud and Quiet so I’m listening to Lauren Auder first. (https://www.loudandquiet.com/reviews/lauren-auder-the-infinite-spine/) It’s pretty good. Check it out!

Paris Texas is another I’m excited to check out.

Others I’ll listen to include Blur, Kode9 & Burial, Guided by Voices, Bloc Party, Cut Worms, Andrew Bird, Oxbow.

I’ll update here or maybe even make a new post if I find anything I think is a “hidden gem” this week
