Our local Asda has recently reinstated all the £1 locks again. I guess trolley theft has been increasing.

The £1 lock is just to get people to put the trolleys back, not really a theft deterrent

Just out of curiosity: Which trolley parking space is more dirty and f* up over there? Lidl’s or Aldi’s? Here in Germany I would guess it’s Lidl’s almost every time, and regular cleaning at almost every Aldi.
